Osorno, Chile. 22 December 2016. The visual artist Mapuche - Huilliche Francisco Vargas Huaiquimilla developed a perfomance titled: "The sky knows gunpowder" as a symbolic protest against the Mass of forgiveness that will be held today in the Punta Peuco prison where criminals are held convicted of violations of Human Rights during the military dictatorship led by Augusto Pinochet in Osorno, Chile.
